We LOVE What We Do!

Allie: Owner/Alpha

Howdy! I’m Allie, Owner & Alpha of Let’s Walk Austin & Let’s Walk Houston! I’m an Atlanta, Georgia transplant who now calls Texas, “Home Sweet Home!” Having grown up with dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, ducks and donkeys, animals are my love language! I started my career in dog walking back in Atlanta and quickly realized I just landed my dream job. When I moved to Texas, I emailed all the Austin dog walking companies asking even if they were fully staffed, to give me a chance! It worked and I joined Let’s Walk Austin in 2019. After 2 years of working for LWA, I bought the company and have been living the dream ever since! Summer of 2023, we opened our second branch in Denver, Colorado! And in September 2023, I moved to Houston to start Let’s Walk Houston and love on all the pups in H-Town!

On the rare occasion I am not walking for LWA or LWH, I’m usually skiing or day dreaming of ski season!

Alan

Athens, Georgia (Go Dawgs!) native who followed my dog-obsessed wife out to Texas. I grew up training my own dogs for my hunting passion. Watching my dogs learn and grow beside me, built a deep connection with these incredible animals.

I am thrilled to join Allie as we start our next adventure in Houston, Texas and open our THIRD branch! Dreams do come true!

And as of May 2024, I have left my corporate job (District Manager for Pernod Ricard) to join Allie and do this FULL TIME with her! I traded spirits and liquor for slobber and love!

Andi: Manager

Hi there! I'm Andi, I grew up in Austin and I started walking with Let's Walk Austin in 2023. I loved every second of it and I feel so lucky that I get to continue doing my dream job here in Houston! When I let Allie know I would be making my way east and she said there was room for me to join the Houston team I was thrilled! I have a lot of friends and family from Houston and the surrounding areas so I've made my fair share of trips here. I'm so excited to get to call this city home and explore it even more with your pups! I enjoy walking, crocheting, and spending time with my friends. I have a lab/boxer/terrier mix named Zella who loves to spend her walks smelling everything possible and finding treasure (abandoned tennis balls). Spending time with your fur babies is always the highlight of my day. I can't wait to give them all the love!

Alex: Team Lead

Houston Roots and Canine Companions! Born and raised in Houston, I’m a die-hard Astros fan with a lifelong love for dogs. As a child, I yearned for a furry friend, but my father’s aversion to barking kept our home pet-free. Fate intervened when I was 12; a stray dog appeared in our backyard, and I finally convinced my dad to let him stay.

Today, my wife, Alex and I are proud parents to two adorable Yorkies: Ralphie, 5 years old (5 lbs) and Arya, 3 years old (14 lbs). Our family grew even more with the arrival of our daughter, Camille, who will celebrate her first birthday in March!

After 18 years in grocery retail, I made a life-changing decision to prioritize family time. My passion for dogs, exercise, and the outdoors led me to discover my dream career as a dog walker. I chose to join Let’s Walk Houston, a family-owned and operated business, drawn by their mission to enhance the lives of both dogs and their owners – a philosophy that aligns perfectly with my values.

When I’m not exploring the neighborhood with my four-legged clients, you’ll find me cooking delicious natural foods for my family (Ralphie and Arya included! Working out to stay fit and energized, cheering on the Astros at the ballpark and any activity involving my family.

This career change has allowed me to combine my love for animals, outdoor activities, and family time, creating a fulfilling work-life balance that I cherish every day.

Maureen

Hi, I’m Maureen and native to Houston (well, born in Dallas & grew up in Katy, but you know us suburbanites have always been wannabes); my family has always had dogs (among cats, frogs, & other animals) and now that I am all grown up and without a pet of my own, I am so excited to be taking care of yours! I went to Texas A&M (whoop) where I studied marketing & HR and now work for Houston Dynamo FC. When not at my full-time job, I spend my time loving on all the pets of Let’s Walk Houston! Getting to discover new areas of the neighborhood/city with a furry companion is the dream gig & I’m so fortunate to be part of the team!

Michaela

Hi, I’m Michaela 👋 I wound up in Houston two years ago by shear luck, but am originally from a small cornfield town in Indiana. I had two four legged siblings growing up - Walter the border collie and Luna the Maltese! Apart from our dogs, I spent a lot of my childhood on farms helping raise cows, pigs, sheep, and a loveable bunch of barn cats!

When I’m not loving on your animals and helping them get their zoomies out, I’m designing buildings all over the country! The best part of Let’s Walk Houston is I get to combine my three favorite things: animals, architecture, and movement through some pretty cool neighborhoods in the city! Thanks for choosing me to be a part of your pets life!

Marlyne

Hi, I’m Marlyne and I am a Houston native! I have grown up with animals for the most part of my life, from farm animals to cats and dogs! Growing up my grandparents showed me that the greatest unconditional love we can ever have will come from the furriest of friends. I have two pets of my own, a Labrador and tabby cat (both of who love to eat and sleep) whom I love so much! I am so excited to get to take care of your pets and give them a little bit of the love and trust they provide, as well as giving you a helping paw in giving them the best life they can have! When I’m not crushing on pets, I am a full time premed student and a process assistant at Amazon. From walks to cuddles and new adventures in the streets of Houston, I am super excited to meet your furry family and get to brighten up their day as well as yours!

Caitlyn

Hi, I’m Caitlyn Fuchs 🐾✨, an animal lover with a heart full of passion for every furry friend I meet 🐕💖. I believe every pet has its own unique personality, and I’m here to make sure they feel loved, safe, and completely cared for 💕🐾. Whether your dog is full of energy, your cat loves to cuddle, or your pet has its own quirks, I’ll tailor every experience to match their vibe 🌟.

I’m on the exciting journey to become a veterinarian 🩺, and right now, I’m diving into the world of pet care as a dog walker and pet sitter 🐶💫. My goal is to give your pet the best of me, whether it’s through fun adventures or just some quiet companionship 🏞️🐱.

If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family and make their day extra special, I’d love to hear from you! Let’s connect, and together we’ll create positive, joyful experiences for your furry companion 🐾💌.

Abby

Hi, I’m Abby!  I was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston and graduated from Texas A&M— whoop! I’m a 5th grade teacher by day and a proud dog lover always. My family had five dogs growing up, so life was never boring—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

When I’m not teaching or visiting my mom’s pups, I’m probably watching the Astros, or playing sports with friends. Staying active and being around animals are two of my favorite things, so dog walking is a perfect fit.

I’m excited to help give your pet the care, love, and exercise they need.  Can’t wait to meet your furry friend!

Chelsea

Hey y’all, I’m Chelsea! Georgia born and raised, but Houston has officially stolen a piece of my heart (and probably won’t be giving it back anytime soon).

I’ve been an avid animal lover for as long as I can remember! My idea of a perfect day has always involved four paws and a wagging tail. Before moving to Houston, I spent a year and a half working at a doggy daycare, getting to know just about every breed, size, and quirky personality out there. Whether it’s a couch potato pug or a high-energy husky, I’m all about making sure every pup I meet feels loved, safe, and taken care of!

When I’m not loving on your sweet puppies, you’ll likely find me lifting weights at the gym or running the show at your neighborhood Chick-fil-A (yes, I probably do know your order).

Thank you so much for trusting me with your fur babies! I promise to spoil them like they’re my own!

Stephen

Hi, Stephen here! What’s most important about me, is that I live to reflect (not perfectly I might add, getting better every day) the nature and character of my father, whose wisdom guides my every step, let alone being the best husband I can be to my wife of 9 years, and be the best father I can be to the children we plan to have…with some fur-babies that we would love to have with us. While we are not currently dog parents, we have such an affection and appreciation for them, especially when it comes to joy they bring in people’s lives. If they bring so much joy to ours without even having any yet, we can only imagine what they mean to the dog owners we serve. This gives me a great honor and privilege to ensure that every dog is treated with love and respect, to cherish them as their owners would want them to be.

I’ve been a native to Houston for over 20 years of my life, with a stint of about 5 years in Dallas/Denison TX. The majority of those years, have been spent working in healthcare administration that eventually came to an end in 2022, where some cuts in corporate (in Dallas) really started to affect everyone, especially my team I directed at the time, and my position. Granted, it was such a blessing in disguise that forced me into faith, where I started to choose to have faith that I was supposed to be where I was led. I then started working for a non-profit organization that supported survivors of domestic violence, where I worked on the cases deemed as high risk for homicide, and even witnessed first-hand, how dogs deserve to be protected in situations like this as well. Since then, I have been on a search to be where I’m needed next, and I’m happy to say I have graciously found Let’s Walk Houston.

It is with a passion for goodness and kindness, and the knowledge that all things can be caused for good, that I am hopeful to serve Let’s Walk Houston well, and all of its tremendous people that choose them for services!

Natasha

Hey y'all! My name is Natasha! I was born and raised in Houston with animals always having a big piece of my heart. Growing up, my family always had big dogs (think Great Dane, Newfoundland, and Great Pyrenees) and that’s where my love for dogs started. My love for cats started when my sister brought home a little black kitten, Panther, when we were in high school. We had no idea how to take care of her back then, but I think I have come pretty far. I am now a proud owner of three kitties, Kitty, Hans, and Milo.

I moved back to Houston from Colorado in 2022 and have been working at various nonprofits as a social worker since. I recently decided it was time to go back to school. I am currently working towards my Master of Social Work at University of Houston. When I’m not walking dogs or buried in schoolwork, you’ll find me playing soccer, napping (because who doesn’t love a good nap?), binge-watching TV, or hiking in the mountains (somewhere far away from Houston, of course). Staying active and spending time outdoors is a huge part of my life, and I love sharing that with the amazing dogs I get to walk! I am so excited and grateful to be at Let's Walk Houston!

Amy

Hellooorrrr, my name is Amy! I was born and raised here in Katy, TX. I’m an animal lover with four corgis, pit bulls, chihuahuas, hedgehogs, and munchkins of my own, and a daughter that shares my love for all things fury and fun. I’ve been around dogs and farm animals my whole life. I am also a pure breaded pembroke welsh corgi breeder. I own four of my own corgis name Dunkin, Cupcake, Mochi, and Concha! When I’m not walking dogs, I enjoy movies, corgi meets, and motorcycle rides on my free time!

I’m a dependable dog walker dedicated to keeping your pets happy, healthy, and active. You can count on me for clear communication and lots of love for your dog. I am available anytime of day or night to take care of your fury friend!!!

Aaron

Hi! I’m Aaron, and I’m so excited to meet and walk every Houston dog! I’m relatively new to Houston, having just moved from Cranford, New Jersey. When I’m not having a blast with the pups, I work as a mental health technician in a psychiatric hospital. Hot take: dogs are easier than people!

I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life — most recently my parents have a husky, Rainey, and a rottweiler, Beau. It’s a tough call, but I probably learned to walk a dog before learning to ride a bike. In Houston, I live with just one cat, Toast, so I knew I needed to get my dog fix in. LWH gave me the answer, and I get paid to hang out with the dogs, too? Awesome.

Just like every human, every dog deserves respect, love, and happiness. So it’s my pleasure to bring that to all my four legged clients!

Keaton

Hello! My name is Keaton, I was born in Houston and raised in Austin - the best of both worlds! I attended Baylor University where I studied Business Marketing. I grew up with dogs my whole life and absolutely love all kinds of animals. Currently, I help take care of my brother’s Pocket Pittie when he travels and my parent’s dog when they travel. Life is better with pets ❤️. When I’m not walking for LWH, you can find me coaching tennis or crushing it on the pickle ball court! Staying active and moving my body are a big part of my life. I am excited to meet and have great walks with all your animals!

Meagan

Hi there! 🤗 I'm Meagan, native to Houston! 🚀🌇 I’m a lifelong animal enthusiast with both professional and personal experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and species! 🐇🐈🐢🐕🐟🐦🦎 I’ve worked in kennel and animal care management settings where my days were filled with feeding schedules, walks and playtimes, cleaning, doggie shuttle-bussing, and administering medications while ensuring every pet felt safe, loved, and understood! 🥩🍗🚌🚶🏽‍♀️🤾🏽‍♀️💊🥰 From dogs & cats to reptiles, birds, and fish, I’ve seen it all! 👀 At home, I run my own little zoo: a cute 3.5lb chihuahua who thinks he’s much bigger than he is, two cuddly black cats, two parakeets who provide daily orchestral commentary, plus fish and shrimp doing their tiny aquatic thing! 😂🦓🦒 I treat every pet as if they were my own, because to me, they’re not “just pets,” they’re family! 💓 I make it a goal to learn each pets' individual personalities and ways to improve our bond so your pet can have the best overall experience! 🐕‍🦺🐾🔐 I can’t wait to care for your pet, earn their trust, laugh with them, and shower them with the love, care, and attention they deserve! 🤗❤️‍🔥😍 Warning: your pet may come back happy, exercised, and convinced I’m their new best friend! ⚠️🫶🏼
